Overall it was great for the Squires to get some key starters back into the lineup and wrestle tough competition at East Noble. Senior Dylan Stroud dominated all 3 opponents to win his 3rd East Noble Individual title as he will head into a week where he will face some tough ranked opponents. Senior Trevor Dill finished as Runner Up for the 2nd time in the event, and Sophomore Preston Duffy collected his first wins of the year before losing to the 2nd ranked wrestler in the Semi State by a decision in the finals. Junior Zach France lost a tough semifinal match before bouncing back to beat his opponent from Warsaw in the 3rd place match. Freshman Jordan Owens got 3rd place in his second straight tournament and Sophomore Isaiah Burlingame returned to the lineup with some nice wins and a 5th place finish. Junior Jordan Ayres made his first appearance of the season and worked hard to win his 5th place match, and Freshman Ryan Tully collected one pin. Manchester will look to build on this result heading into a huge Senior Night matchup with Class A 8th ranked Bluffton on Tuesday night at 6pm.
