Spartans Knock Off Indiana Tech
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Manchester University baseball team was in action on Wednesday night, playing a single nine-inning non-conference game at NAIA Indiana Tech.
The Warriors managed to knock off the Spartans by a final score of 14-4 at Warrior Baseball Field.

Manchester was unable to rally from an early 5-1 deficit.
Colin Turner (Goshen, Ind./Goshen) led Manchester with a 2-3 performance at the plate. Turner also had one RBI on the evening.
Paul Borrow (Bloomington, Ind./Bloomington North) also drove in a run, hitting a run-scoring triple in the top of the 1st inning.
Ivan Winkle (Plymouth, Ind./Plymouth) was also credited with an RBI.
Indiana Tech collected 11 hits. Three Warriors had multi-hit days.
