Manchester Golf Shoots Seasons Best
The Manchester Squire golf team had their best showing of the year, shooting a 169 to beat West Noble Tuesday night at Sycamore Golf Club.
Leading the Squires was Owen Kruschwitz who fired an even-par 36. Following Owen was Connor Trump with a 41, Brady Wiley with a 44 and Jackson Felgar with a 48. Rounding out the varsity was Conner Lauer with a 49.
West Noble did not have a full JV team, but the Manchester JV dquad fired off a solid 207 led by 3 different score of 51 by Preston Duffy, Luke Gish, and Bryce Mugford. Rounding out the JV was Logan Eastgate with a 57 and Caden Egner with a 58.
The Squires will face Southwood and Rochester Wednesday night at Rochester in a 3-way conference preview before Saturday’s TRC tournament.
