Game 1: Wabash Hardware Giants @ Intrasect Technologies Blackhawks

Recap: In the opening game of the tournament, the Intrasect Technologies Blackhawks defeated the Wabash Hardware Giants 14-4 in 4 innings. Eli Eltzroth was 2 for 2 with a double and 3 RBI and Jake Sailors was 2 for 2 with a double and 2 RBI to lead the Blackhawks at the plate. Logan Holmes added 2 hits and 2 RBI. Ryker McKillip and McKinley Baker both had RBI singles while Aidan Mahan and Braxton Chamberlain both singled. Tavian Trotter was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 RBI to lead the Giants at the plate. Micah Siders added 2 doubles and Luke Kaufman added a single and an RBI. Maverick Mattern also singled for the Giants. The Blackhawks will now face the Cubs on Wednesday at 6:00 while the Giants will play on Friday.

Game 2: Crossroads Bank Red Sox @ Inguard A’s

Recap: In Game 2, the Inguard A’s scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to defeat the Crossroads Bank Red Sox 9-8. Breckin Sanders was 3 for 3 with 3 RBI to lead the A’s at the plate. Cruz Long and Blake Ashba both added 2 hits while Zander McKnight had a 2 run double. Kamden Oswalt had an RBI single. Peyton Ward and Conor Height both singled for the A’s. Ashton Shepler had 2 hits including a 2 run double to lead the Red Sox at the plate. Cade Pershing and Tysan Chambers both singled and had RBI doubles while RJ Harris and Jordan Fields both added 2 hits. Jameson Wallen also singled for the Red Sox. The A’s advance to play the Yankees on Wednesday at 8:00 while the Red Sox will play again on Friday.
