The Peru tennis team swept Bremen 5-0 in the regional. The Tigers will now face Culver Academies for the championship Wednesday.

Your Peru Lady Tigers finished their season last night againist Mississinewa. Stuggles this year was with numbers from the start. The lady’s have always played down but never giving up. The Lady’s did an amazing job last night holding their own with only 9 players on the field most of the time. Katelyn Cox made a return this year from an ACL tear able to play 10min each half last night with her sister Karissa, helping the Tigers control the ball more in the central field. Cameryn Raber stepped down to the defense with Jazzy Korving last night doing an absolute amazing job. Mackey Hyde in goal, with a total of 36 saves for the Tigers. Brianna Bennett, Karissa Cox and Katelyn Cox with shot on goal for the Tigers. As the season ends here, Peru will graduate 6 and 2 foreign exchange stduents.

The Tiger mens soccer team fell to Maconaquah 7-0. Gavin Spencer having a spectacular save in the midst of the game. Gavin with a running jump, flies through the air trapping and bringing the ball down with his chest. Gavin did an incredible job shutting down the “over the top” pass Mac tried on his defense.
