Knights Struggle Against Adams Central

The Southwood Knights fell to Adams Central 56-14 Friday.

The Flying Jets set the tone for the rest of the evening in the first quarter, leading the Knights 35-0 after one. Southwood would get on the board in the second quarter when Cole Winer connected with Nathan Lehner from 22yds out. Adams Central led 49-6 at the half.

The second Southwood score came in the fourth when Isiah Sutton scrambled 52yds, followed by a two point conversion from Mo Lloyd for the 56-14 final.
