Squires Win At Canterbury
The Manchester boys basketball team came away victorious 54-51 on the road against Fort Wayne Canterbury and improved their record to 9-2 Saturday.
Leading the way for the Squires was Gavin Betten with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Gavin Martin played a great game and added 10 points. Tallon Torpy hit some big threes for the Squires and finished 8 points. Ethan Hendrix came up big with 7 points and handled constant pressure from Canterbury. Tyler McLain and Carter Wagoner each chipped in with 4 points a piece.
Manchester boys JV basketball team beat Caneterbury 58-52. This moves our record to 9-2. Tonight’s leaders are Wyatt prater with 18 points, Kaleb Kline with 17 and Reiss Gaerta with 9 points.
Manchester returns to action with a home game against Wabash on Friday, January 13th.
