The Golden Eagles were in a battle all game, but started ahead and stayed ahead throughout the game defeating the Knights 62-51. Southwood’s pressure pestered the Eagles all night, but they fought through at the Knights’ gym and got the victory! The scoring was done by 4 Golden Eagles: Ty Fagan had a big night around the rim leading the team with 21 points. Biegel also had a nice game scoring 20. Rounding out the scoring was Kroll with 12, and Strange with 9. The Golden Eagles will host Eastbrook this Friday with a C team start at 5 PM. The varsity will try for 10 wins in a row. Currently the Eagles are 11-1 and ranked 10th in class 3A!
