Manchester/Wabash JH Boys Split

The Wabash and Manchester junior high boys basketball teams went to battle Wednesday.

In a rescheduled game from last week due to weather Manchester traveled to Wabash to take on the Apaches’ a county and RRC conference opponent. Manchester ended the first quarter with a 6-2 lead, and built that to an 18-4 halftime lead. We got the game rolling early in the third quarter and finished the second half with a 19-4 margin for a 37-8 win.

This was the last regular season game for the Squires before heading into the RRC tournament, which will begin for Manchester with a home game on Tuesday Feb 7th, with a win they will move on to the RRC Final Four on Saturday Feb 11th, a loss and the season will be over.
