Southwood JH Girls Stop Madison Grant

The Southwood junior high girls took on Madison Grant Thursday

The Southwood 7th grade Lady Knights played their 3rd game in 4 days They went on the road and came away victorious in a very physical ballgame 29-9.

The Lady Knights once again played a very stingy defense against a physical opponent. Their defensive pressure created 16 steals and collected a total of 26 rebounds. The Lady Knights worked an effective offense moving the ball around and finding the open shooter to the tune of 9 team assists.

They are now 10-2 on the season and are back in action next Tuesday, February 14th on the road at Rochester with a start time of 5:00 PM.
