Results from Huntington North for Thursday, April 13th

Huntington North High School senior Brayden Voght will sign h is National Letter of
Intent with Indi ana University Kokomo on Monday , April 2 4 , 202 3 , at 3 : 15 p.m. in
Huntington North ’s media room . Voght will be continuing h is academic career and a
member of the men’s track and field team as a Cougar .


Voght, a two – year varsity letter winner in track and field. Voght was a 2022 Regional
Qualifier in the 400 m and 4×400 relay

We travelled up to Bridgewater GC to take on Dekalb in our first NE8 match of the year and just came up short losing 167-168.

Leading the way for the Vikes was Javin Gray with a 37, Kamden Lahr and Kai Richison 43, Austin Williams 45, and Cole Collins with a non-scoring 46.

The JV also played and we won 188-196

Leading the way was Sam Double 43, Issac Bennett 44, Nick Grodrian 50, and Gavin Magnuson 51. Also playing were Griffin Husband and Ceaton Brubaker 52 and Parker Hill 55.

The varsity record now stands at 1-1 and 0-1 in NE8 play

The JV record is now 2-0

Ava Poulson was winning pitcher 11 K 1 BB

Corinne Martz & Ava Poulson went 3 for 5 at plate and Zoey Stanley 2 for 4.
