Whitko softball loses 6-4 against Tippecanoe Valley. Addie Garr and Cassidy Skinner combined for the loss. Addie Garr pitched 5 innings giving up 2 earned runs and striking out 8. Cassidy Skinner struck out 2 in 2 innings. Kaylee Adkins got a hit and a RBI. Katelyn Cripe and Madison Cripe both walked. Addie Garr hit 2 singles, a double, hit by pitch, and a RBI.The Lady Wildcats battled and we are very proud of their fight. We are back in action at home Friday against Oak Hill at 5:30pm.

Whitko Wildcats Grabs Lead in Sixth Inning to Defeat Tippecanoe Valley
Whitko Wildcats stole the lead late in the game in a 9-6 victory over Tippecanoe Valley on Wednesday. The game was tied at five with Whitko Wildcats batting in the bottom of the sixth when Breyden Kirkdorffer doubled on a 3-1 count, scoring three runs.
Whitko Wildcats collected 13 hits and Tippecanoe Valley had six in the high-scoring affair.
Tippecanoe Valley got things moving in the first inning.
Max Platt got the win for Whitko Wildcats. Platt lasted six innings, allowing six hits and five runs while striking out eight. Isaiah Cripe threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
E Myers took the loss for Tippecanoe Valley. The bulldog lasted four and two-thirds innings, allowing nine hits and five runs while striking out two and walking one.
Whitko Wildcats collected 13 hits on the day. Easton Grable, Kirkdorffer, Riley Harman, and Logan Hoffman each managed multiple hits for Whitko Wildcats. Grable led Whitko Wildcats with three hits in four at bats.
