Varsity Softball falls to Sectional 6 – 4

Karsyn pitched all 8 innings tonight giving up four earned runs.

Offensively, Oak Hill had several batters with hits (Karsyn-2, Lex-2, Liz-2, Archer-1, Evie-1, Shaw-1) throughout the game. Karsyn led the way with two hits, getting on base in her four at-bats. Lex batted leadoff and sparked the team’s offense making contact all evening and getting a slap single and massive double to the fence. Evie provided a clutch rbi single in the fourth to put Oak Hill up 4-1. Karsyn, Archer, Liz, and Shaw provided great at-bats throughout the game in the middle of the lineup. Mya Rennaker had a great rbi sac-bunt in the 2-run fourth.

Defensively, Oak Hill was strong during the game. Turning a double play and keeping Norwell’s offense down.
