Lady Squires Soccer Shuts Out Mississinewa
The Manchester women’s soccer team had a great win against Misssissinewa 3-0 Wednesday.
Manchester possessed the ball a majority of the game as the middle was controlled well by Campbell Bolinger, London Spangle, and Samantha Shock. The Lady Squires had 18 shots the first half but none of them found the back of the net except Campbell Bolinger’s shot from just outside the 18.
At the start of the second half, Campbell had the second goal for the Lady Squires. Hanna Stout had the last goal of the game with a beautiful shot after a run from the outside.
Brookelynn Buzzard, Samantha Shock, Aymia Miller, Ava Sautter, London Spangle, and Maggie Onderko-White also had great shots on goal. The defense tonight was strong and did not let the Lady Indians have many opportunities to score.
