Squires/Norse Run At Warsaw

The Manchester and Northfield cross country teams ran in the Tiger Invite at Warsaw Tuesday.

MXC Girls 2nd at Tiger Invite

Solid performances top to bottom tonight at the Tiger Cross Country Invite at Warsaw High School. The high school girls team finished runner-up to Warsaw in a field of 8 teams. Ava Egolf (9th), Ayla Cashdollar (4th), and Kadence Fox (2nd) earned medals by finishing in the top 20. Rachel Steely and Evyn Fox were fourth and fifth on the team to round out the girls.

MXC Boys 3rd at Tiger Invite

Solid performances top to bottom tonight at the Tiger Invite. The boys finished third as a team behind Warsaw and NorthWood in a field of 8 teams. Clark Showalter (19th), Oliver Fitzpatrick (18th), Caleb Smith (17th), and Kyler Dale (3rd) earned medals by finishing top 20. Jet Thomas was fifth on the team to round out the boys.

The team races Saturday at the Northfield Invite at the Field of Dreams in Wabash.

The Lady Norse had great races at the Warsaw Invite dispite the heat.

Trinity Bever placed 1st for the Lady Norse and 26th overall in a time of 24:11. Madeline Moore finished in a time of 24:41, Mara Zolman in 26:34 and Olia Leffert in 28:45.

Tuesday the Norse took on the heat while running the Warsaw Invitational. Ryland Miller placed 22nd overall and 1st for the Norse running a time of 19:28. Following in behind Miller was Eli Gahl in 21:07, Eli Mattern in 21:52, Kourtland Pratt in 22:24, Xavier Roark in 23:01, Holten Satterthwaite in 24:06, Ethan Hoover in 25:06 and Ashton Aderman in 28:24.
