Southwood JH Volleyball Takes Two From Wabash

The Southwood junior high volleyball teams took both matches from Wabash Monday

The 7th grade girls volleyball team opened their season with a 2-1 win over Wabash.

The Lady Apache 7th Grade Volleyball Team traveled to Southwood on Mon. Aug. 28th and lost to the 7th Grade Volley Knights in a 3 Set Match, 18-25/ 25-19 / 5-15. The Wabash MS 7th Grade Volleyball Team Record is 3-4. Their next Match will be at home in the Wabash HS Gym, and will start at 6 p.m.
Josie Bakehorn led her team with 9 Service Points, including, 2 Aces, 7 Service Receptions, 6 Digs and a Kill.
Avionna Osborne had 8 Service Points, including 3 Aces, 6 Service Receptions, 3 Digs and an Assist.
Kendylan Lochner had 5 Service Points, including an Ace, a Dig and a Kill.
Brooklyn Arrowood had 3 Service Points, 4 Service Receptions and 2 Digs.
Harper Hanes had a Service Point, a Service Reception, a Dig and a Kill.
Sophia Pries had 3 Service Receptions, 3 Digs and 2 Assists.
