They started the day with a 6-2, 6-0 win over a wildcard team featuring a player from Bluffton and Lakeland, followed by a 6-1 7-6 (4) win over Bluffton’s actual No. 2 team, 6-1, 7-6 (4), before losing to Huntington North, 7-6 (5), 6-2.

The No. 1 doubles team of Henderson and Trump went 2-1 on the day, placing third. The junior due opened with a 6-1, 6-1 win over West Noble before losing a tough 3-setter, 6-3, 3-6, (10-5), in the semifinals. They rebounded in the third-place match with a 6-2, 1-6, (10-8) win against Central Noble.

At No. 1 singles, Jones finished in seventh place. The Squire senior lost to Huntington North, 6-0, 6-1, then defeated West Noble, 7-6 (2), 6-2, before losing to Bremen, 8-0.
