Northfield JH Girls Route Riverview
On Tuesday, the Northfield Lady Norse 7th and 8th grade teams grabbed a pair of wins against Riverview.
The 7th grade team defeated Riverview 55-5. Gemma Haupert led the way with 26 points, 15 rebounds. Avery Custer poured in 11 points, 3 rebounds, followed by Miranda Meyer with 10 points, 2 rebounds, Kassidy Cartwright with 4 points, 1 rebound, Vivian Rife and Sheila Smith rounded out the scoring with 2 points a piece. Bella Schultz had a great rebounding night grabbing 8 rebounds for the Norse.
The Lady Norse 8th grade started out their season with a win against Riverview 37-7. Emily Miller – 14 points, 8 rebounds, 2 steals Teagan Baer – 12 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals Andrea Wideman – 6 points, 4 steals Kyra Aderman – 3 points, 3 rebounds Ali Copeland – 2 points, 7 rebounds Addison Wischman – 2 rebounds, 2 steals Lady Norse next play in Huntington Crestview Tournament Saturday, December 16th.
