Lady Squires Hold Off Northfield

The Manchester girls basketball team held off Northfield 60-55 Saturday.

Northfield team. The Lady Squires started out strong in the first quarter with solid defense, however, the Lady Norse found the free throw line and kept the game close. At half the Lady Squires held the lead 34-27, but got into foul trouble in the second half. Northfield took the lead, but the Squires came out composed in the 4th quarter to finish the game.
