Boys Varsity Swimming beats Wabash 115 – 63

The boys are now 5-0 on the season after a win last night at Wabash. Times were not great as the Y is a difficult place to swim. Isaac Lorenz swam the 100 Back for the first time. Isaiah Moore dropped 16 sec in the 50 Breast. P.J. Higgins dropped 6 sec in the 100 Breast. Garrett McManus -.01 in 50 Free. Aiden Williams swam the 50 Free in the Medley Relay. This is the first time he has swam in a meet. Camron Metcalf learned two new dives last Thursday and performed them last night. He increased his score by 6 points. Drake Samuel continues to drop time. He dropped 5 sec in both the 200 Free and 500 Free and .6 in the 100 Free. Colton Beebe dropped .5 in 50 Free. Sam Cardwell swam the 500 Free for the first time. Zach Duke dropped .4 in the 50 Back. The Golden Goggle Award goes to Luke Abbott. Luke is in his second season swimming and has improved so much at everything. Last year he could do free and breast. Now he can do all the strokes. He dropped 2.1 in the 50 Fly, 5.2 in the 200 IM, and .3 in the 50 Free. We have Lewis Cass on Thursday. I look for the boys to have a much better night all around.

She is truly an inspiration to her teammates because there isn’t anything Jade won’t try! She has been working hard on her starts and continues to grow! I can’t wait to see all that Jade will accomplish by the end of the season!
