Manchester JH Girls Fall In Opener
The Manchester JH girls basketball teams fell to Lakeview Thursday.
Girls JH 8th Basketball falls to Lakeview MS 38 – 34
The girls had many high quality shots not fall in the first half, but only trailed by seven points at halftime. The girls made a big run in the 4th quarter scoring 16 points, but ran out of time to finish the comback ultimately losing by 4 points. Overall, the coaches were very pleased with the effort against a strong Lakeview team that had already played eight games.

Girls JH 7th Basketball falls to Lakeview MS 44 – 20
The 7th grade Lady Squires traveled to Warsaw to play a very tough Lakeview team for their season opener. The girls started the game nervous and played through the nerves but came up short. Next game is at home 1219 against Indian Springs. Scoring for the Lady Squires were Elin Betten 14pts, Brooklynn Grimes 2pts, Ely Mobley 2pts, Emersyn Sarber 2pts.
