Manchester JH Girls Win Over North Miami
The Manchester girls junior high basketball teams won two games over North Miami Wednesday.
Girls JH 7th Basketball beats North Miami 44 – 4
The team created numorous turnovers but struggled to make their layups in the first half. After regrouping at halftime, the girls poured in 18 points in the 3rd quarter. The defensive effort was great all night long.

Girls JH 8th Basketball beats North Miami 34 – 21
The 8th grade Lady Squires went on the road to battle againt conference foe North Miami and pulled out a hard fought win! The defense was outstanding all night with great communication and help side defense. On the offensive side of the ball, scoring was extremely balanced with Olivia Stevens scoring 9, Lacy Trump and Marysa Stroud scoring 8, and Shiann Owens scoring 5. Rounding out the scoring was Piper Spangle and Finley Espeset both scoring 2.
