Results from Huntington North for Wednesday, January 17th

The Lady Vikes were defeated by #3 Columbia City last night 48-66. With the loss the Vikes fall to 10-8 on the season. After a close first quarter Columbia City pulled away in the 2nd quarter leading 37-21 at half. The Lady Vikes made a run in the late 3rd and early 4th quarter cutting the lead down to 10 with the ball twice. Unfortunately, the Vikes could not get any closer as the Eagles went on to win. Haiden Bailey and Grace Michel lead the Vikes with 14 points each. The 14 points for Michel were a new career high. Next game is Friday night at Bellmont and then Saturday night at Indianapolis Cathedral.
