Wabash Boys Track Has Multiple Qualifiers
The Wabash High School boys track team competed in their final Hoosier State Relay Qualifier on Saturday at Anderson University.
In the 60 meter dash Coleson Kugler finished 2nd out of 53 competitors
In the 60 meter hurdles Spencer Stout finished 1st out of 38 competitors
In the 3200 meter run Jonas Church finished 10th out of 47 competitors
In the shot put Isaac Byers finished 18th out of 54 competitors
The 4×800 meter relay of Ezra Church, Drew Guenin-Hodson, Chase Howard, and Kasen Oswalt finished 13th
The Distance Medley Relay of Jonas Church, Kristian Stanton, Jace Bullins, and Ezra Church finished 9th
The 4×400 meter relay of Coleson Kugler, Chase Howard, Drew Guenin-Hodson, and Spencer Stout finished 4th.
This weekend marks the end of qualifying for the Hoosier State Relays. Any individual or relay team that posts a top 24 mark in their respective event will be eligible to compete in the finals next Saturday in Indianapolis. The Apaches have qualified the following individuals and relays:
Coleson Kugler – 60 meter dash
Spencer Stout – 60 meter hurdles
The 4×800 relay
The 4×400 relay
The 4×200 relay
The DMR relay
