Southwood Baseball Picks Up First Win

The Southwood baseball team picked up their first win of the season, defeating Southern Wells 13-1 Tuesday.

The bats got off to a slow start, but once things got rolling it didn’t stop. The Knights took advantage of walks, errors, and wild pitches from Southern Wells. The defense behind Brody Height on the mound was flawless and he dominated the Raiders from the mound. Jaron Craft led the offense and capped his big night off with his first career home run that made it a 13-1 ball game.
