Maconaquah Softball traveled Tuesday to Logansport to face the undefeated Berries (7-0).

On a beautiful April evening the Braves travel to Fincher Field (a turf field) and battled a tough Logansport Team.

Logansport scored 2 runs in the bottom of the first inning, but Maconaquah settled in defensively.

The top of the 5th the Braves score a run to narrow the margin. Going into the Bottom of the 6th the Braves are only down one run.

However the Berries applied pressure and score three runs in the bottom of the 6th.

Offensively Freshman Kasey Murry leads the Braves with 1 Hit, 1 Walk, 1 Run Scored. Sophomre Shaela Brazzel had the RBI 1-3. Sophomore Kaitlyn Bunch also had a hit for the Braves.

In the circle for the Braves was Senior Bailey Carson pitching 6 innings, allowing 4 hits, 1 Earned run, 3 Ks, 2 Walks.

The Braves host Manchester Wednesday night in their TRC opening game. 530pm start
