Lady Squires Win At Rochester
The Manchester softball team traveled to Rochester Wednesday, defeating the Zebras 6-2.
Our Squires put up 4 big runs in the top of the 7th to get some breathing room supporting the solid pitching and great defeeeeeeeeeeeense they had put forth as well. Offensively Ava Sautter paced us with 3 hits, Paxton Baker pitched in with 2 each of hits, runs and RBI to go with her big triple in the top of the 7th. Karsyn Kamphues had 2 hits as well.
Allie Egolf threw out a runner at home from centerfield. Izzy Renz threw one out from behind the plate. Hadley West ended the Zebras hopes with a unassisted double play securing Molly Schanneps 3rd straight Conference win. Also , defensively Paxton Baker did what Pax does.
