The Oak Hill Lady Eagles battled Eastbrook and Mississinewa tonight at Arbor Trace Golf Club. The Lady Eagles fired their lowest 9 hole score of the season a 196, Eastbrook 230, and Mississinewa 247. Oak Hill was led by Belle Malott’s 44 and Isabel Snyder fired a 49, her lowest score of the year. The Eagles are back in action next Tuesday at Walnut Creek GC vs Madison Grant. The Boys Varsity soccer team played away at Huntington North last night. Again this week our opponent scored 1st, but the Eagles immediately responded and answered with a goal by Drew Elzinga assisted by his brother Luke Elzinga. The game remained tied and ended 1-1 in another good game by Eagles. There were many other great shots and opportunities with the Eagles hitting the post 7 times in the second half of play. Good thing to com this season!

The Boys Junior Varsity soccer team tied Huntington North in their season opener away last night. Both goals for Huntington came in the first half of the game. Oak Hill responded after half time and scored to tie the game up 2-2. Manny Mora scored the 1st goal which was assisted by Andrew Jackson. The 2nd goal was scored by Ethan Dorothy off a corner kick.

The Oak Hill Varsity defeated Manchester in 4 sets tonight in their home opener. Great job, ladies! Final scores and stats are listed below.

Morgan Cates led the team in kills with 17! Braeleigh Evans led with 33 digs. Brianna Dailey led in blocks with 3 solos as well as 13 kills. Alexa Myers and Lilly Edwards each had 2 aces a piece. Addison Carey finished with 29 assists on the night. Amaya Thompson finished with 16 assists.

The varsity girls will be back in action Saturday for a tournament in North Miami.
