Squire Soccer Wins Physical Match At Peru

Manchester boy’s soccer gutted out a very physical win on the road tonight against the Peru Tigers 2-1.

The Squires left everything they had on the field to secure the win. Captain Caleb Sautter continued to lead a young team with his poise, play, and effort. Putting two goals, and what proved to be the game winner, in the back of the net was Marinus Stein. In the back, Holden Poston proved again, even as a sophomore, he belongs at that centerback position. In goal, Evan Mclaughlin had 12 saves and 2 huge stops late that allowed Manchester to get out with the win.
