Results from Peru for Saturday, August 24th

Peru was at Stonehenge Golf Club on Saturday for the Warsaw Invite. It was a hot afternoon on the course, but the team competed well and continued to show improvement. Piercey Dyer led the Tigers with a round of 74, earning a T2 individually. Raina Nero followed with 119, Bailee Beattie with 120, Maddie Caldwell with 122, and Gracie Dunnaway with 138.

Homestead took the team title with a score of 324 and Bree Noll of Homestead was the individual medalist with a round of 72.

Peru has a busy week ahead, starting with a four-way match Tuesday against Tipton, Northwestern, and Maconaquah at the Tipton Municipal Golf Course. The match is scheduled to begin at 5:30.

Boys Varsity Tennis Finishes 1st Place at Peru Invite

The Tigers defeated Triton, Twin Lakes, and Centerville to win the Peru Invite at Thrush Courts.

Jacob Boswell won all three rounds at #1 Singles.

Lucas Musser was 1-2 on the day for the Tigers at #2 Singles

Carter Musser was 3-0 at #3 Singles for Peru.

Peru swept the day at both doubles spots as #1 Doubles Gavin Eldridge and Jackson Boswell and the #2 doubles tandem of J.P. Pallante and Carter Schwarz were undefeated on the day.
