Manchester Girls Soccer Blanks Luers

The Manchester girls soccer team defeated Luers 4-0 Thursday.

Manchester came out strong tonight in a physical game against Bishop Luers. Hanna Stout started the scoring for Manchester with the first 2 goals in the first half. The first goal was assisted by Campbell Bolinger who sent a ball from the middle, and the second goal was off a beatufiul cross from Ava Sautter. Sam Shock made the 3rd goal of the half after a free kick from Addison Brubaker.

After the half, London Spangle finished a great free kick from Maggie Onderko-White. The Lady Squires had some other great opportunities created by Joanna Eberly, Olivia Stevens, Ava Sautter, and Campbell Bolinger. The defensive line was strong tonight led by Addison Brubaker, Molly Schannep, Chase Blevins, Maggie Onderko-White, and Karsyn Kamphues. Cora Brown had 3 great saves in the net to earn the shutout.
