The Lady Eagles defeated Elwood 11-0 this evening. With tonight’s win, Oak Hill secured the CIC championship. This is the second year in a row the Lady Eagles have claimed the conference title. Landri Hardman completed a hat trick. Lexi Nuber and Madelyn Cheek each scored 2 goals for the Eagles. Also scoring for Oak Hill was Kora Pond, Liz Godfrey, Annie Hale, and Erika Newhouse. Hardman also had 3 assists and Hale had 1.

The varsity girls defeated CIC opponent, Alexandria, in three sets last night. Stats and scores are listed below. 1st: 25-16 2nd: 25-15 3rd: 25-14 Lilly Edwards led with 3 aces. Morgan Cates dominated with 17 kills off of 23 attempts and no errors! Brianna Dailey had 11 kills and Amaya Thompson had 8 kills. Braeleigh Evans ended with 14 digs. Bella Taylor had 10 digs. Brianna Dailey finished with 3 solo blocks and Morgan Cates had one solo block. Addison Carey finished with 39 assists.

The junior varsity secured a win against Alexandria on Wednesday night. Stats and scores are listed below. 1st: 25-19 2nd: 25-14 Ryleigh Myers and Sydney Leal both led with 3 aces a piece. Alexei Butche had 2 aces. Aubrey Miller led the team with 3 kills. Alexei Butche had 7 digs and Ryleigh Myers had 5 digs and one solo block. Londyn Frank ended with 10 assists. The junior varsity will play tonight at home against Marion.
