Wednesday night the Lady Braves open their regular season with a 53-33 win over the Marion Giants. The Lady Braves started out fast and built a lead in the first quarter and never looked back. The Lady Braves were led by Ireland Kile with 21 points and 5 rebounds. Delaney Betzner hit five 3 point shots and ended the game with 19 points and 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Aubrey Stoll had 8 points, 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Addie Maiben led the team in assist with 7 assist. Aubrey Kaiser, Averie Maiben, Kasey Murry and Gabby Griffis provided great defense along with Emily Bryant and Eleanor Boshears who saw their first career varsity minutes.

Lady Braves are the road this Saturday when they travel to Tipton for a varsity only game. Game time is set for 6:00 pm.
