The Manchester boys varsity team improved to 9-1 on the season with a road win over Canterbury 68-55 Saturday.
The Squires led by as many as 20 in the third quarter before Canterbury made a run to get it down to 8 in the 4th quarter. Threes by Tallon Torpy and Ethan Hendrix in the 4th quarter helped keep the lead in double digits. Gavin Betten finished with a big double double with 31 points and 10 plus rebound.
