Reid would find the hot hand in the fourth and it’s a good thing as Valley was clicking. The Squires would build their lead to 45-40 thanks to 9 points from Reid, but couldn’t lose the Vikings as they come back to grab a 51-50 lead with 29 seconds to play. Reid would then hit from long range again to give Manchester a 53-51 lead before two Valley free throws sent the game to overtime.
After a Young free throw and a Valley buckets the Vikings led 55-54 before the Squire guard squad drove the dagger. Reid would drain his fifth three of the night, followed by a Scroll bucket. Free throws from Martin, Winger and Reid in the last minute sealed the 62-57 win.
