The Manchester track teams opened their indoor season at New Haven.
The girls team placed 9th overall at the New Haven Indoor meet placing 9th overall. Peyton Ream was on fire setting a PR in the 60 m hurdles with a blistering 9.74 and placing 2nd. Team mate Raime Vawter was 5th in the 60 m with a time of 8.18, bearing down on the school record. Kaylee Fetters PR jump of 4’10” earned her 6th. The ladies 4×200 also placed 4th Vawter, Ream, Olivia Stevens, Kaylee Fetters) with a time of 1:54.68.
The Squire track team tied with Warsaw for 14th overall at the New Haven Indoor track meet. This meet is a qualifying opportunity for the Hoosier State Relays March 28th. Holden Poston and Eli Metzger led the way for the Squires placing 3rd and 4th with a 8.84 and 8.86 in the 60 m hurdles. Also garnering points was the mens DMR team of Clark Showalter, Poston, Jet Thomas, and Oliver Fitzgerald who placed 8th overall.
