Lady Squires Soccer Falls To Northwestern

The Manchester Lady Squires soccer team fell to Northwestern 2-0 Tuesday.

After the Lady Tigers scored quickly to start the game, the Lady Squires battled back and possessed the ball well. They had multiple attempts at the goal from Ava Sautter, Campbell Bolinger, Hanna Stout, Samantha Shock, and Raimi Vawter. In the second half, the defense continued to play well led by Addison Brubaker, Chase Blevins, Molly Schannep, Maggie Onderko-White, and Karsyn Kamphues. Northwestern broke through the defensive line with 7 minutes to go to score their second goal. Cora Brown had 7 saves in her debut.
