The Manchester Varsity volleyball team got another home win on Thursday night defeating the visiting Bluffton Tigers in straight sets 25-14, 25-16, 25-21.
Izzy Renz continued her streak of strong hitting, leading the team with 15 kills. Ava Felgar (6 kills), Myla Crozier (5 kills), Lauryn Reichenbach (4 kills), and Mya Metzger (2 kills) all had nice nights attacking as well.
The Squires had a nice team effort blocking with Lauryn Reichenbach leading the way with 2 solo and 2 assist blocks. Felgar, Crozier, and Peyton Ream each had 2 block assists.
The team was pretty solid in serve receive with Myla Crozier and Hadley West leading the way. Marley Bellinger led the team in digs with 14.
Peyton Ream continued her solid play with 22 assists, 10 digs, and 3 aces.
The Squires are now 8-2 on the year. They look to continue their winning ways as they travel to Garrett HS on Saturday for the Garrett Invite.
