The Manchester Lady Squires fell in the Sectional semi-final game to Lewis Cass 37-26 Friday.
The ladies had a rough night offensively, only shooting 20% from the field. The first quarter was a back and forth battle, and the ladies found themselves down 12-7. During the second quarter, Lewis Cass went on a 14-point run and the Lady Squires couldn’t get anything to fall. The deficit at halftime was too much to overcome despite a big effort defensively during the second half.
