The Manchester Squires won a thrilling semi state at Michigan City Saturday.
In game one the Squires had to survive a last second shot by Jimtown that missed to survive for a 56-55 win.
In the championship game Manchester built an early lead and led by 10 after three quarters before holding off Gary 21st Century 53-50 to capture their first ever semi state crown.
With the win Manchester will play University at 12:45 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Saturday, March 29th for the 2A state championship.
