Senior Addie Garr set a new Whitko program record with an incredible 18 strikeouts in a single game, leading the Lady ‘Cats to a complete game shutout over Wawasee! Garr also helped ignite the offense, going 2-for-2 with a double at the plate.

Whitko Boys Varsity Track and Field 4/26
Goshen Relays – placed 12th out of 16 teams
Highlights:
Trevor Freel placed 5th in Long Jump competing well in the windy and rainy conditions
Drake Bird placed 8th in Discus fighting through the conditions as well
The 4×100 relay team ran another season’s best time
The boys will be in action again on Tuesday at home, will also be senior night and one last home meet for our two seniors!

Turtle Town Classic Invitational
Whitko placed 4th for the day.
Emerson Harper had a perfect meet, winning all four of her events and earning MVP of the meet.
100(12.75), 200(26.22), 400(59.15), long jump(16’9”)
Harper also added to her impressive school record list when she won the 400 in 59.15. She now holds the school record in the 100, 200, 400, 4×400 and long jump!
Gwen Howard took 1st in shot put and discus.
Willow Osborn placed 5th in the 400 and 7th in the 800.
Kyara Gibson placed 5th in shot put.
