The Oak Hill Lady Eagles improved to 9-0-1 after defeating the Lady Comets 12-0. Landri Hardman had a hat trick scoring 2 goals in the first half and 1 in the second. Hardman also had 2 assists. Madelyn Cheek also had a hat trick scoring 1 goal in the first half and 2 goals in the second. Lexi Nuber scored 2 goals both goals assisted by Abby Pierce. Erika Newhouse scored 2 goals. Bella Kenyon scored a goal and had 1 assist. Kora Pond scored a goal and had 2 assists. The Eagles travel to Maconaquah tomorrow, Sept. 17th.

The Lady Eagles posted their best 9 hole total of the year firing a 202 and Elwood fired a 217 at Elwood Golf Links. The Lady Eagles were led by Karsyn Cole’s 46, Maia Johnson 48, Jetta Ashley 53, Lauren Williamson 55, and Sydnie Melton 58. Karsyn Cole was the medalist for the match and this was her low 9 hole score of the year, Maia Johnson shot her season best score of 48, and Jetta Ashley tied her season low score of 53. The Lady Eagles are back in action Saturday playing in the Sectionals at Arbor Trace.

Junior Varsity vs Madison Grant High School Junior varsity defeated conference opponent Tuesday night. Stats and scores are listed below. The girls play again Wednesday, September 17th, at 6:00pm against Elwood. 25-19 25-13 Elayna Cates and Kora Weller both led the team with 2 aces apiece. June Burtner led the team in kills with 5. Ava David and Sierra Snyder each had 2 kills. Ava David led with 15 digs. Sierra Snyder had 1 solo block. Kora Weller ended with 14 assists.

Varsity vs Madison Grant High School The varsity swept conference and Grant 4 opponent in 3 sets tonight. Stats and scores are listed below. 25-20 25-20 25-15 Brianna Dailey and Morgan Cates each led with 2 aces apiece. Morgan Cates led the team with 10 kills. Brianna Dailey had 9 kills. Londyn Frank in third with 6 kills. Lilly Edwards led with 10 digs. Brianna Dailey had 1 solo block. Londyn Frank ended with 23 assists. The girls will play again on Wednesday, September 17th, following the JV game at 6:00pm
