The Northfield cross country teams ran in the South Adams Invite Saturday.
Kaleigh Rice brought home the medal for 1st place over all at South Adams with a time of 20:15. Alyssa Schnepp finished in 26:32, Shelia Smith in 27:30 and Olia Leffert in 29:04.
Varsity boys team placed 5th overall, Preston Moore and Bode Sorg brought home medals. Preston Moore tan a PR of 18:06, Bode followed with a time of 18:20, Kourtland Pratt finished in 18:26, Ethan Hoover got a season PR of 19:36, Tayten Barlow in 19:50, Alvero Gil got a season PR of 20:00, Xavier Roark also got a PR for the season of 20:42, Nate Hodson followed in 21:35, Jabob Nesler in 21:57, Ashton Aderman in 22:30 and Gavin Lester in 24:13.
The middle school Lady Norse competed in the South Adams Invitational on Saturday. Adalynn Hawkens received a metal for 18th place overall and a time of 12:37, Audrey Hawkens finished in 12:54, Brynley Rice in 14:46, Kailynn Beeks in 15:26, Kenzie Deitrich in 15:28 and Faye Leffert in 16:27.
The middle school boys had a great race- Hudson Texiera finished in 12:31, Gabriel Hyden in 12:55, Declan Haupert in 12:55 and Carson McClure got his 2nd PR for the week finishing in 19:36.
