Manchester Unified Flag Football vs Carroll (18 – 49) Loss
Manchester Squires faced off against Ft. Wayne Carroll in Sectional play October 4, 2025. While the Squires lost 18-49, the team showed amazing sportsmanship and grit throughout the game. Lucas Hernandez was moving his feet throughout the game and even did well attempting to throw the ball on offense unfortunately he was sacked. Jacob Emerick had great snapping to keep our offense moving today! Cody Lengel had great handoffs that resulted in yard gains. Zaine Hershberger showed his speed in getting the ball down the field and stopping the other team on defense. Peyton Tester showed awesome field reading that resulted in loss of yards for Carroll. Extra pressure on defense was seen by all players today! Peyton and Zaine scored the touchdowns with the support of Cody throwing great passes, Jacob making great snaps, and Lucas moving to create openings.
