The Manchester boys basketball team, behind a 39 point performance from Wyatt Schroll defeated LaVille 66-51 Tuesday.
The Squires wasted no time riding the right arm of Schroll, who connected four times from three point land and had 14 points in the quarter to lead 18-7 after the first stop. Carson Heath and Dallas Martin also had buckets in the quarter.
The Squires would dish out more of the same in the second quarter with Scroll hitting two more long balls. Aaron Reid would chime in from behind the arch with Martin adding a bucket at the end of the quarter for a 38-19 lead at the half.
Manchester would build their lead to 52-28 on a Heath dunk before LaVille scored the next 6 points to make it 52-34. Heath and Schroll would score once more with the Squires leading 55-35 after three. Heath and Scholl would dominate the first half of the fourth quarter with Reid adding a bucket in the 66-51 win.
Schroll made 7 three pointers, 7 two pointers and 4 free throws.

The Manchester junior varsity fell to LaVille 35-32.
