The Lady Apaches dropped their third straight game falling to Warsaw 57-19 Wednesday. The Lady Apaches jumped out to a 6-4 lead before being outscored 35-2 going into the half. Warsaw outscored Wabash 18-11 in the second half. The Lady Apaches shot just 25% from the field and 33% from the FT line to go along with 24 turnovers.
Wabash was led by Mariah Wyatt with 7 points, while Hope Unger and Alivia Short added 5 each. Short pulled down 4 rebounds and Tabatha Wagner handed out 3 assists to pace the Lady Apaches, now 1-3 on the year.
The Wabash junior varsity fell to Warsaw 39-10
Linda Cordes scored 8 of the 10 Lady Apache points to lead the way for Wabash, now 1-2 on the season.
