Southwood 8th Wins North Miami Tourney

The Southwood 8th grade basketball team won the North Miami tourney Saturday.

Knights won their first game of the day very convincingly over Peru 58 -22.

In the championship the Knights got off to very slow start against North Miami. After the first quarter the Knights continually got better as the game went on. They were able to pull away and beat North Miami to improve to 5 – 0 on the season and win the North Miami Invite.
