Apaches Use Balance To Top Norse
The Wabash Apaches rode a relentless defense and hot shooting to a 66-34 win over Northfield Friday.
On their home court the Apaches came out aggressive, out scoring the Norse 14-7 in the first quarter before hitting most of what they shot in the second, scoring 23 points to lead 37-19 at the half.
The Apaches would continue their hot pace in the third, out scoring Northfield 19-7 as the lead grew to 56-26 with a quarter to go, before winning the fourth 10-8 for the 66-34 final.
