Squires Hold On For Win At Bellmont
The Manchester boys basketball team picked up a great road win Tuesday, defeating 3A Bellmont 56-52.
The Squires would win just two of the four quarters with the margins being enough to hold on for the win. Manchester led 19-10 after the first stop before Bellmont came back to take the second 17-11. Manchester led 30-27 at the half.
The Squires would increase their lead in the third, holding Bellmont to just 5 points while scoring 11. Up 41-32 heading to the fourth Bellmont would make a charge with the Squires holding on in the final moments for the 56-52 win.
