The Manchester Lady Squires gave up two runs in the seventh inning in a 3-2 loss to Wawasee Friday.

The game was moved to Wawasee because of field conditions at Manchester with the Squires remaining the home team. Wawasee scored a solo run in the fifth before Manchester responded with two in the sixth. Kindra Stetzel led off the inning with a double. With two outs after two fly outs Avery Howard hit a double to center with Stetzel being held up at third. Emma Garriott would follow with a triple to drive home both runners and give Manchester a 2-1 lead. Lydia Greer was then hit by a pitch before a ground out ended the threat.

Wawasee would respond with two runs in the top of the seventh before the Squires went three up and three down in the bottom to end the game.
